Sweet and Tangy Shrimp and Sausage

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. raw shelled shrimp
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 pinch red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut smoked sausage into small chunks. Saute in large skillet until brown. Add onions to sausage Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done. Season with red pepper and brown sugar. (Hint: ook until the sugar glazes over everything.) You can add more brown sugar to your liking. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over white rice.
