Sweet and Tart Blueberry Cookies

- 1 C. Butter, room temperature
- 2/3 C. Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
- 2 C. All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 C. Fresh Blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the lemon juice. Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the blueberries. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cookies turn golden-brown.
