  • 1 ½ C. cranberries
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 2 T. orange juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • ¼ C. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, toss cranberries with sugar and orange juice; heat and stir until berries pop. Set aside for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of butter until crumbly and set aside. Transfer cranberries to a greased cake pan, sprinkle on cake mix, and spread out crumble. Top with remaining pieces of butter and bake for an hour.
