  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 2/3 C. sugar
  • 2/3 C. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 2 tsp. maple flavoring

Grease a foiled baking dish with butter and set it aside. Next, in a large saucepan combine the sugar, milk, salt, and butter. Cook and stir over medium until the mixture boils. Cook at a boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Remove the fudge from the heat and add the marshmallows, butterscotch, and maple flavoring. Stir until everything is melted and smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and let stand at room temperature until firm. Cut the fudge into small squares to serve.
