  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
  • 6 Tbs. dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 lemon, wedged
  • 1 C. caramel
  • 1 C. whipped cream
  • 1 C. cinnamon granola

Combine the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and juice from the lemons. Place the apples in a medium skillet or pan and saute them. Add the butter after a couple of minutes and cook until it’s soft. Let the apples cool to room temperature. Pour in the whipped cream, then the granola, caramel, apples, and repeat.
