  • 2 10.5 oz. Baguette Loaves, cut into 1" slices
  • 1/2 C. Olive Oil
  • 8 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 C. Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until bread turns golden brown. Sprinkle crostinis with even amounts of blue cheese. Layer at least 2 cherry tomato halves atop each crostini. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
