  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 C. grape jelly
  • ¾ C. tomato chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the beef, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll the meat into balls and line on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until the meat is cooked fully through. Whisk together the jelly and tomato paste and heat it in a saucepan. Glaze the sauce over the meatballs once while they’re cooking and again after they’re done.
