We all love the sweet taste of cinnamon rolls, so why not transform them to a casserole for an amazing new dessert?

  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C. chopped pecans
  • 1 C. maple syrup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour melted butter on baking dish. Open cans and set aside icing packets. Cut rolls into pieces and place them on dish. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Beat in cinnamon, vanilla and cream until mixed well. Pour over rolls in dish. Sprinkle pecans. Drizzle syrup. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Remove covers from icing and place in microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle icing on top.
