Sweet Corn Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 1 qt. vegetable stock
- 1/2 C. ribbon noodles, broken
- 2 C. sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 C. celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 minutes. Add celery and turmeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10 minutes.
