Sweet Cornbread with Yellow Cake Mix
Ingredients
- 1 9-oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 9-oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
- Following ingredient amounts depend on box instruction of above two ingredients:
- eggs
- water
- milk
Directions
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on the box. Set aside. In another bowl prepare the yellow cake mix per box directions. Pour the prepared cake mix into the prepared corn muffin mix and stir well. Turn batter into a greased 9x12x2” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm with room temperature butter.
