  • 2 pkgs. cornbread mix
  • 2 lg. eggs
  • 1 C. whole milk
  • 1 C. sweetened cream or flavored coffee creamer
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 C. all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 4x9-inch cake pan with butter and powder with flour. Set aside. Empty contents of packages into a large mixing bowl and add milk, cream, and eggs; pour into pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on your oven. As soon as cornbread comes out of the oven, use remaining butter and top cornbread ensuring that the butter completely melts into bread. Let cool for 10 minutes slice and serve.
