  • 18 oz. frozen cranberries
  • 1 C. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 C. sugar
  • ΒΌ C. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • Toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Thaw the frozen cranberries in a bowl. Line a pie plate with the refrigerated piecrust. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of cranberries, combine the Greek yogurt, sugar, salt and flour. Transfer this mixture into the prepared piecrust. Cover with foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy.
