Begin by making the pie dough, by combining the flour, sugar, and salt. Once smooth, mix in the butter and form small crumbs, continue until dough forms. Remove dough and on a flat surface begin to divide into balls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll out the pie dough and fit it in a pie baking pan. Drizzle the pie’s bottom with chocolate chips. Dip the strawberries in brown and white sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate chips. Pour the rest of the chocolate chips on top of the strawberries. Cut the rest of the refrigerated pie balls into strips. Using your hands begin to form a lattice top to seal the top of the melted chocolate layer. Drizzle the pie with the remaining sugar and bake for an hour.
