Sweet Glazed Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 C. red plum jam
- 1 C. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- one 3- to 5-lb. bone-in turkey breast
Directions
In a saucepan, combine jam, syrup, mustard, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, turn heat own, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Reserve 1 cup. Place turkey breast in a slow cooker and pour remaining glaze over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours. When ready to serve, slice turkey and serve with heated, reserved glaze.
