Sweet Grilled Peaches With Feta Cheese

- 10 peaches, halved and pit removed
- 3 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp. mint leaves, chopped
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. sugar
Set grill to medium-high heat. Brush peaches with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar. Place sliced side of the peaches onto the grill and allow about 2-3 minutes of cook-time. When grill marks appear on sliced side, place skin side onto the grill for about 1 minute. When done, remove from grill and sprinkle with feta cheese and mint leaves.
