  • Meatballs:
  • 1½ lb Ground Beef
  • ¾ cup Panko
  • ½ cup Finely Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Sesame Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • Sauce:
  • 1½ – 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Beef Bouillon Granules
  • 1 Tbsp Each Honey & Teriyaki Sauce

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the meatball ingredients mentioned above into the ground beef. Mold Meatballs and place in a pan.
Bake until brown for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce.
Take the cornstarch, water, beef granules, honey, and teriyaki sauce and mix in a small bowl. Use a small saucepan to cook in until sauce starts to thicken. Make sure to adjust water or cornstarch as needed.
Place meatballs on a plate and pour sauce over top. Serve.
