Sweet Onion Dip

- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 3 large sweet onions, sliced thin
- 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly greasing a 2-quart casserole dish. Set aside.
Place butter in a large skillet and heat over medium low heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the onions to the pan.
Cook onions, stirring often, until caramelized, about 40 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, and caramelized onions until well blended.
Add the mixture into your casserole dish.
Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
