  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 box farfalle pasta
  • 1 C. sweet peas
  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook pasta as directed and set aside. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook peas for 3 to 4 minutes; drain and set aside. In a large glass bowl, mix yogurt and Parmesan. Set the bowl over boiling water and stir until sauce is warm and thin. Add peas and toss with pasta and cooked chicken. Serve on its own or with thinly sliced vegetables!
