These are great tasting pickles!

Ingredients

  • 7 lb. small cucumbers
  • 5 lb. sugar
  • l pt. vinegar
  • l C. water
  • 3/4 C. mixed spices
  • l/4 whole clove
  • l/4 whole cinnamon

Directions

Boil sugar, water, vinegar and spices to syrup. Pack washed cucumbers into sterilized jars. Fill with hot syrup and seal.
