Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Spice Packed Muffins

Ingredients
- 10 oz. sweet potato, cooked
- 1 1/2 C. All Whites
- 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 C. oatmeal, dry
- 3 scoops Iso-100
- 1/2 C. low-carb baking mix
Directions
Mash pre-baked sweet potato. Blend all ingredients together into batter. Pour into non-stuck muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
