Ingredients

  • 1 pound cubed chicken breast
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ pound peeled sweet potato
  • ½ pound French green beans
  • 3 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Mix the egg white, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and cooking wine in a large bowl. Add the chicken to the bowl, coat the meat, and cover the bowl marinating the chicken for 30 minutes. Cut off the ends of the green beans and slice into smaller pieces. Cube the sweet potatoes. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and then add the green beans. Cook for 5 minutes and remove the green beans from the pan. Add the remaining olive oil and cook the sweet potatoes for 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cook for 6 more minutes. Add the chicken, green beans and remaining ingredients. Stir and cook until the chicken is done.
