Sweet Potato Soufflé

This casserole dish has all the fixins’. I use to make this for my family on Thanksgiving but now they request it on Christmas too. Trust me, it is that good.

Ingredients

  • Casserole:
  • 3 C. sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1/3 C. butter, melted
  • 1 C. pecans, chopped

Directions

Directions for casserole

Mix together and put into a casserole dish.

Directions for Topping

Mix together and sprinkle on top of mixture of potatoes (may add cinnamon on top of all). Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
