  • 3 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup short-grain rice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

First, bring 3 ½ cups of milk, the rice, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Lower the heat and allow the mixture to simmer, stirring often. Once the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed remove it from the heat. This should take 20 to 25 minutes. Stir in the remaining milk and the honey. Leave it alone for 5 minutes before distributing the pudding among the bowls. Drizzle with honey and top with desired amount of fruits.
