- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 1 lb. lg. sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges
Pour oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and parsley and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add scallops and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, until the scallops are barely opaque in the center, 3 minutes. Serve hot with lemon.
