Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 T. dark soy sauce
- 3 T. sweet chili sauce
- Vegetable oil

Directions
Chop your vegetables and set aside. In a large skillet heat oil and garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in all the vegetables and drizzle soy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp on the other side. Cook alone for 1 minute, then mix everything together and continue cooking another 2 minutes. Stir in sweet chili sauce and extra soy sauce if desired.
