  • 4 C. Strawberries, halved
  • 2 Tbs. Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tbs. Honey, divided
  • 1 C. Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, cornstarch, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and 1 Tbs. of honey. Pour the strawberry filling into the baking dish. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, kosher salt, vegetable oil, and remaining honey. Spread the crumble topping over the strawberries. Bake for 30 minutes until filling is bubbling and topping has turned golden-brown.
