This sweet treat can be made with fresh or frozen strawberries for a year-round treat! If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw completely before stirring them into the jello.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 small box strawberry jello mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pt. fresh or frozen strawberries

Cut the fresh strawberries in half, place them in a bowl, and sprinkle with a little sugar. Let them stand for about 1 hour at room temperature.

Dissolve the jello in 3/4 C. hot water. Let it cool, then add in the whipped topping and strawberries. Mix well and pour them into crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Top with sliced strawberries.
