Ingredients

  • 2 C. sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 C. raspberries
  • 3 Tbs. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 12-oz can diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage
  • 4 glasses of Ice cubes
  • 12 raspberries

Directions

In a blender combine strawberries, ½ C. raspberries and apple juice. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth. Use a sieve to strain the mixture into a small pitcher. Use a spoon to press the berries to get all of the juices out of them. Discard any pulp.

Pour the lemon-lime drink into the berry mixture. Stirring gently as you pour.

Pour cooler in a tall glass over ice cubes. Serve with additional raspberries in drink.
