  • 3 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • ΒΌ C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar
  • 1 T. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 2 T. hot sauce

In a large skillet, brown beef with onions and garlic. Transfer to crockpot and combine with tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, and hot sauce.
