Swiss Cheese Chicken

This is a delicious chicken dish with swiss chesse melted on top and then for an added bonus, sprinkle some seasoned stuffing on top.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10-oz. can water
  • 1 C. Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

Arrange chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and water, stir well, and pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serve with cooked white rice or noodles.
