Swiss Cheese Spread

Put this spread on crackers, toasted bagels or even a baked potato.

Ingredients

  • 2 C. (8 oz.) Sargento fancy supreme shredded Swiss cheese.
  • 3 Tbs. Sour cream.
  • 2 Tbs. Minced onion.
  • 4 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt.
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.

Directions

Combine all ingredients; beat until smooth and of a spreading consistency. Chill makes about 2 C.
