- 4-6 Perdue Perfect Portion boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4-6 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms (portabello), sliced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. croutons, crushed
Brown chicken in skillet with butter. Place chicken in casserole dish. Cover chicken with Swiss cheese. Add mushrooms. Top with cream of chicken soup. Cover with crushed croutons. Cover the pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
