Swordfish with Tomato Coulis

Pair your grilled salmon steaks with a fabulously flavorful tomato sauce!

Ingredients

  • 4 8-oz. swordfish steaks
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 C. canned tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbs. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 C. fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients but swordfish into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Place swordfish on a grill and grill until cooked through.  Serve swordfish with sauce spooned over the top.
