  • 4 apples
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Core your apples and slice them. Peel if desired. In a large bowl add the apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Mix together evenly until fully coated. Layer into a baking dish and cook for 25 minutes. Top with additional sugar and serve.
