Szechuan Tofu

This spicy dish mixes meat with tofu and vegetables to create an Asian-inspired main course.

  • one 16-oz. package firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 C. frozen peas
  • 1/2 C. General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Cook turkey in a skillet or wok, breaking it up as it cooks.  Add peas, garlic, and ginger.  Cook for 2 more minutes. 

Add tofu, stir fry sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.  Cook until heated through (about 3 minutes).  Add green onions and remove from heat. Serve over steamed white rice.
