- one 16-oz. package firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 C. frozen peas
- 1/2 C. General Tsao Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Cook turkey in a skillet or wok, breaking it up as it cooks. Add peas, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Add tofu, stir fry sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until heated through (about 3 minutes). Add green onions and remove from heat. Serve over steamed white rice.
