Ingredients

  • 1 T. Jack Daniels Whiskey
  • 1 T. crushed pineapple
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1 C. pineapple juice
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 1/3 C. brown sugar
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • ¼ C. teriyaki sauce
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 3 T. minced white onion

Directions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Slice the top of the garlic head off. Cut the root so it can lay flat. Drizzle olive oil over it and wrap it up in foil. Let it bake for 1 hour. Squeeze out the paste that has formed into a saucepan. Add in the remaining ingredients. Let it cook for 40 minutes. The sauce should be thick. Serve over desired meat of choice.
