Taco Bake Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 pkg. taco mix (hot or mild)
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 14-oz. jar of salsa (hot or mild)
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag Tostitos White Corn Scoops,for serving
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake in square or round baking dish. Brown hamburger meat in separate pan, drain fat then add taco mix. Layer hamburger on bottom of dish. Layer salsa over the hamburger. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together and layer that over salsa. Next layer your shredded sharp cheese and top with your shredded mozzarella. Bake until cheese is golden brown. Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
