Ingredients
- 1 16-oz. bag raw pinto beans
- 16 oz. ground turkey, lean
- 1/2 C. green peppers
- 3/4 C. onions
- 1 envelope taco seasoning, low sodium
- 6 C. water
Directions
Rinse the pinto beans thoroughly. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 8-10 hours on high. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and fat free sour cream.
