Taco Crunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion; chopped
- 1/2 green pepper; chopped
- 8 oz. frozen sweet corn
- 1 Tbs. taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 c. water
- 8 oz. salsa
- crunched tortilla chips - approx. 3 C.
- cheddar cheese - 8 oz. shredded
Directions
Brown hamburger, onion together. Add green pepper after hamburger is browned and cook for a short time. Add corn, taco seasoning, water and salsa. Mix all together. Spread half in casserole dish (9x13"). Top with crunched chips and then shredded cheese. Spread remaining meat mix on top - then add cheese and then chips. Bake until hot - approx. 20 minutes in a 350 oven. Serve immediately.
