Taco Pasta with Chips
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 sweet green pepper, chopped
- 2 C. pasta sauce
- 4 C. wagon wheel pasta
- 1/3 C. sour cream
- 1/3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 tortilla chips
Directions
In a large skillet, brown beef over med-high heat, breaking up with back of spoon, until no longer pink. Drain off any fat. Add chili powder, dried oregano and chopped green pepper; cook for 1 min. Pour in pasta sauce; simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Add pasta to sauce and meat. Toss to coat. Serve garnished with sour cream, cheese and chips.
