- 2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can chopped Rotel (canned tomatoes and green chilies)
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese (your choice)
Brown hamburger and drain fat. Add tomatoes and green chilies. Salt to taste. Cook down until all water is gone. Fill each wrapper with hamburger mixture and top cheese. Follow directions for sealing egg roll wrappers. Deep fry or fry in a skillet until browned on both sides.
