This spicy dressing goes perfectly with the Mexican flavors of taco salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. salt-free pureed tomatoes
  • 1/4 C. soy mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
