Taco Soup

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips (optional)
Directions
Brown meat, drain. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer until warm, or in crock pot on low for 4-6 hours. If using stove top, simmer on medium low and heat until warm, about 20 minutes. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and/or tortillas. Serve warm.
