Ingredients
- 2 cans of chunk chicken (do NOT drain)
- 2 packs of taco seasoning
- 1 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can of crisp corn (do not drain)
- 2 cans of Rotel (with chilis)
- 2 cans of Black Beans (do not drain)
- 1 package of Monterrey jack cheese (grated)
- 1 package of queasilla cheese (grated)
- 2-3 green onions (optional)
- Dash of garlic
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of crushed read peppers (optional)
Directions
Dump everything into a pot, and do not drain anything. Set on medium heat and stir often. This soup is ready to go in about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
