Take Anywhere Chipped Beef Spread

This filling spread with dried beef and cheese can easily become a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely chopped
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 3/4 C. chopped pecans

Directions

Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers, onion, and garlic. Fold in sour cream and pecans and chill. Serve with crackers.
