Talarino Pasta Dish
- 1 lb. ground beef (browned and drained)
- 1 can whole kernal corn (with juice)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (your favorite flavor)
- 1 box vermicelli noodles
- Velveeta cheese
Brown and drain meat; return to pan. Cover with noodles. Pour corn with juice over noodles. Pour tomatoes over corn, making sure noodles are covered. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until noodles are done. Remove from heat and cover with cheese. Recover and let sit so cheese can melt.
