Tamale Bake

Ingredients
- one 14 1/2-oz. can tamales
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- one 16-oz. can cream-style corn
- 1/2 C. pitted olives, halved
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Drain tamales, reserving sauce. Remove wrappers, slice tamales crosswise, and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine reserved tamale sauce, flour, chili powder, salt, and garlic salt. Add eggs, corn, olives, and sliced tamales. Turn into 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven to melt cheese, 2 to 3 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
