- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbs. tamari soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely minced
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. black pepper
Mix together tamari soy sauce, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl. Place chicken on a grill and drizzle sauce mixture over the meat. Grill until cooked through.
