  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • ¾ C. orange marmalade
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

In a bowl, mix the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, orange marmalade, brown sugar, salt and pepper. In a bag, mix the cornstarch and chopped chicken. Shake the bag to coat the chicken. In a skillet, heat up the vegetable oil, brown the prepared chicken. Add the bowl mixture and browned chicken into the crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours. Serve on a toothpick.
