  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 ½ C. grape jelly
  • 4 oz. mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 2 oz. goat cheese
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the puff pastry in half lengthwise. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. While the pastry is baking, combine the cheeses, vanilla and sugar. Once the dough is cooked, spread the cheese mixture over it (reserving some for the top) and then layer the jelly on top. Dollop the remaining cheese on top of the jelly and broil for about 2 minutes.
